Getting started

  1. Download & sign in. Create an account with email & password. Verify your email if prompted.
  2. Set up your profile. Add a photo and basic info so friends and gyms can recognize you.
  3. Join or follow a gym. This unlocks announcements, events, and group challenges from that gym in Community (O).
  4. Enable notifications. Stay in the loop when a gym posts an announcement or a challenge starts.

Tip: Videos shared in the Sloths feed are currently limited to about 60 seconds for smooth playback.

Add friends

  1. Share your code. Go to the Sloths tab (S) → tap your profile iconShare Code → send it to friends.
  2. Use a friend’s code. Go to the Experiences tab (E) → paste the friend code into the search bar → tap Add Friend.

Work (W)

Build a plan once and reuse it. Log your work without losing focus.

  1. Create a plan. Open the Work tab → New Plan. Name it, choose a category, and add exercises.
  2. Start your session. Hit Start to begin your workout. The in‑app timer continues even if you switch screens.
  3. Track sets & notes. Record reps/weights or jot quick notes. Your progress saves automatically.
  4. Finish & review. End the session to see time and highlights. Reuse the plan next time.
Pro tip: Keep plans short and focused (6–10 exercises). Consistency beats complexity.

  1. Browse announcements. Open Community to see what your gym shares.
  2. Join events & challenges. Tap to view details and participate.
  3. Enable notifications. Be alerted when new events drop.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign‑in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the emailed instructions.

My notifications aren’t showing.

Check your device settings: Settings → Notifications → SWOLE → Allow Notifications. Also ensure in‑app notifications are turned on.

What’s the max video length?

About 60 seconds per post to keep uploads fast and playback smooth.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

Open SettingsAccount. If the option isn’t available yet, email us and we’ll help promptly.
